Learning to swim is an essential life skill and provides confidence in the water. The multi-award winning learn-to-swim program at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) is considered one of the best in the country, with programs specially designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners.

Established in 1990, our programs include:

  • learn-to-swim classes from infants to adults
  • school swimming programs
  • holiday intensive swimming programs
  • squad training (competitive swimming)
  • specialised workshops.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and committed individuals to join our Swim School team for our learn-to-swim and school programs.

Interested individuals will need to have availability either during school hours, after school, evenings, and/or weekends.

AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia and CPR qualifications are essential; however, we are able to provide the appropriate training to suitable candidates.

Employment benefits include free parking facilities, free uniform and use of on-site gymnasium.

Salary range = $24.34 - $29.82 per hour (includes casual loading).
