Help our Participation team be their best, and support the growth of participation through club, coach and community engagement and venue sustainability. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Participation Team Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract - this is a parental leave contract.

Reporting to the Director of Participation, you will support all aspects of participation operations, as well as reporting across the team. You will contribute to the promotion and growth of tennis by providing high level support to key aspects of the Participation portfolio, including administrative support to the Participation Leadership team, in addition to our events and activations. As the Participation Team Coordinator, you will support our team in the following areas:

  • Reporting against success measures to Participation project teams
  • Provision of sound processes, practices and reporting for the priority projects of the team
  • Responding to emails enquiries, coordination of meetings and other administrative activities as required
  • Supporting project teams and leaders to plan and deliver participation events and activations
  • Managing and maintaining data to provide clear and consistent reporting to all stakeholders
  • Undertake analysis of data to provide insights into program and product performance

What you will bring to the role:

  • An understanding of community tennis and participation sport at a club, state and national level
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Strong project experience with the ability to innovate and create processes and procedures for efficiencies
  • A disciplined approach to work methods
  • Maintain a confident, but focussed and fact-based attitude
  • Demonstrated high level of administrative skills and exceptional eye for detail
