About the role
You will be responsible for membership and swim lesson enquiry management, sales, member ongoing support and the development of member relationships. Also promoting the services and the facilities offered at Dandenong Oasis and Noble Park Aquatic Centre.
Key Responsibilities and Specialist Skills
- Respond effectively to membership enquiries and conduct tours
- Signing up prospective members and swim students, processing cancellations and supporting the customer journey
- Support the marketing and promotion of campaigns and programs
- Track sales and cancellations and complete reporting
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and KPI’s
- Execute sales strategies for generation and conversion of new leads.
- New member administration and support to existing members
- Assist with retaining members and program participants
- Provides a high standard of service to all customers
- Processing financial transactions and end of shift reconciliation
- Maintain understanding of policies and procedures
- Complete administrative tasks
- Ensure the facility is clean and presentable at all times
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Actively contribute to the team
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Customer service
- High level computer literacy
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check
