Description

The Media & Marketing Content Officer for Softball NSW is responsible for planning and executing our Digital, Social Media & Marketing strategies to increase our organisation’s presence online as well as amplifying our sport’s marketing throughout the Affiliated Associations and Clubs network.

The position has a focus towards increasing both the quality and quantity of content across all segments of and for the Softball community. The Media & Marketing Content Officer will be involved from grassroot to elite levels of Softball.

The role is suited to someone who can roll up their sleeves and work closely with multi-faceted teams. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing our social media accounts and digital channels.
  • Driving high value traffic through the management and strategy of digital channels including SEO, SEM and social.
  • Implement the digital marketing strategy within owned channels.
  • Identify opportunities & new channels to drive revenue & conversion.
  • Assist Associations with their digital strategies to promote registrations and Softball events. 
  • Publish and share content, that builds meaningful connections and encourages participants and the community to engage.
