This course will teach you the skills and knowledge for you to gain the Swim Teacher qualification. Once your Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Skill Set is issued you will have the opportunity to apply for an LSV Swim Teacher Licence as outlined in the Guidelines for Safer Pool Operations.

This course will deliver the skills and knowledge required to select an appropriate progression of activities to promote the development of infants and toddlers over 6 months of age in an aquatic environment.

This is an extension course for Swim Teachers and will deliver the skills and knowledge required to identify the needs of participants with a disability, assist them to safely enter and exit the water and to provide appropriate support during aquatic activities.
