If you are looking for a challenging role & have the right skills to become a part of our team Sans Souci Leisure Centre is currently recruiting a full timeCustomer Service Representative. We offer an excellent work environment, free personal use of all our facilities including pools and gymnasium, easy parking and access to public transport.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of customer service & sales delivery of the Sans Souci Leisure Centre. A responsibility of achieving sales budgets, LTS enrolments, taking phone calls, greeting customers, cash transactions, restocking of merchandise and general presentation & cleanliness of the foyer/reception area is to be achieved.

In addition, the Customer Service Representative will be mainly responsible for achieving Sales KPI's, reporting and delegation of tasks, administration-based activities, direct debits and membership sales and also have a high level of attention to detail with all activities.

Also, the successful candidate will have a shared responsibility in roles such as café management, including stock takes, rostering of shifts with the General Manager, delegation of tasks and the shared responsibility of smooth operation of casual staff from within the Customer Service and Café Attendant roles.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a background and experience in Administration based work and has a passion for the Health, Fitness and Aquatic Industry. This role is ideal for someone with a passion to pursue a career in the Health and Fitness sector, previous Administration workers or anyone with a high level of attention to detail with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service to our many leisure centre patrons.

An additional requirement is a NSW Working With Children Check completed and cleared before the beginning of the interviewing process. It is desired also that the candidate has a First Aid certificate or willingness to attain one. The rostered shifts are spread across weekdays and weekends with shifts from 4.45am - 8.45pm on weekdays and 5am - 6pm on weekends.

Sans Souci Leisure is a venue that caters for the community in areas such as Learn to Swim, Squads, Aqua Aerobics, Gym and Personal Training, F45, has an outdoor 50m Olympic Pool, Outdoor Toddler's Pool and an Indoor programs pool.
