Melbourne Victory Football Club is an inaugural and highly successful member of the A-League; Australia's professional football competition. The club has a strong Community focus and delivers an award-winning, expansive and diverse Community program. Due to an internal promotion, the club is seeking to appoint a Community Participation Manager to deliver football participation programs and community engagement initiatives. The CPM’s role has a focus on social inclusion outcomes and fan engagement and requires extensive stakeholder management.
The role reports to the General Manager, Community and Government Relations and has one direct report. The CPM will be based at the Melbourne Victory office at AAMI Park but will be required to be on location at local program based destinations. The ability to work as part of a team is critical and the role involves some weekend and evening work.

Desired Skills & Experience
