The role of Customer Service Officer with the rest of the AUSTSWIM Head Office Support team is responsible for administering AUSTSWIM courses, swim centre documentation, online shop orders, licence accreditations and renewals. Together they provide the customer service, general administration, data entry, quality and compliance functions.  Assistance may also be required in the set up and running of annual conferences and other events.

It sounds like a mouthful: but we want to demonstrate that the role is varied and challenging at the same time. Together with the rest of our high functioning team; the succesful applicant will deliver that service to our 35,000 members.  If you like it busy; and you like variety then this role could be for you.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
