About the role
We are seeking an energetic and determined Membership Sales Representative to join our Membership team dedicated to providing best in class service & support to our new and existing membership base.
This exciting new role’s key focus will be executing the club’s membership sales campaigns. You will be responsible for achieving daily sales figures through a combination of inbound and outbound calls to members and prospects. You will also identify new member prospects and upgrade membership packages through strong sales techniques as well as provide second to none customer service.

What you need
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a membership and/or sales specific role
- Past success in a target-based sales environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt on the go
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- High energy and outgoing personality
