We are seeking a Project Director who understands the importance of getting things right from the outset, and is prepared to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve a "best practice" outcome. It's an opportunity to lead a major venue redevelopment and leave a positive legacy because of your involvement.

The role involves being able to understand:

  • Stadia and venue operations.
  • Commercial business activities.
  • Stakeholder needs.
  • Project management.

This is a project leadership role and will ideally suit a person who aspires towards excellence in the sports facility/venue development industry. As Project Director you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership in areas such as project design and resolving conflicting stakeholder needs.
  • Providing direction to the Project Management Team (whom have been engaged by the client to oversee the project's implementation) on client needs and outcomes that are required.
  • Working with internal client teams to ascertain how the facilities should be designed and fitted out to ensure maximum benefit.

The successful candidate could be based in Brighton (Victoria).
