The primary purpose of this role is to coach higher level squads at BTYC, supporting the Program Managers to develop the programs further. Advanced coaching standard is essential, alongside demonstrated experience in lesson planning. This position will have a degree of flexibility, around the right person, in regards to hours, days, FT/PT etc.

BTYC is incredibly fortunate to have a truly fantastic facility and an excellent variety of programs. We are proud to be a Child Safe organisation and we also follow the Fitness Industry Award, so rate of pay will be fair and based on your accreditation/age/experience.
