We are a successful swim school operating in the Ivanhoe and Heidelberg area. This is a full-time position, but Part-Time hours may be negotiated.
The Aquatic Services Offcer (ASO) is responsible for the high level of customer service delivered of all quality program and services at LTSV. The Aquatic Services Offcer position comprises a combined role of Pool Deck Offcer, Receptionist and Swim Instructor position, with Swim Instructing holding the major role. The Aquatic Services Offcer leads by example, exemplifying the values and ethics of Learn to Swim Victoria. Directly reporting to the General Manager, the Aquatic Services Offcer ensures that the day to day operation, delivery of programs and services are at the highest standard.
The Aquatic Services Offcer will teach and deliver the Learn to Swim Victoria curriculum and support swim instructors with the delivery of planning and organizing of their lessons. The role will actively assist customers and enhance the Learn to Swim Victoria brand. The Aquatic Services Offcer will have great communication skills, high level organizational and time management skills, strong computer knowledge and will not be afraid to use their own ideas and initiative. Lastly, promoting a positive culture of professionalism, equality, teamwork, accountability, and innovation amongst all team members within your area of responsibility.
