The Finance & Administration Manager will report directly to the General Manger.  This is a new role that requires an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively the requirements of the day to day business operations of VNSW. 

The position will work across all operational areas of the organisation and understand the how to help guide the financial and operational requirements.  The position will have a hand in corporate governance for the organisation and be a resource for Clubs and Associations.  The person in this role will be instrumental in creating efficiencies through processes and assist all areas to grow through best practice.

It is critical that the person in this role has the proficient ability to operate in a small team maximising the resources available.
