Macquarie University Sport & Aquatic Centre is seeking a Swim School Supervisor (*2) to join our dynamic Aquatics Team on a permanent full-time basis at our North Ryde campus.

The Swim School Supervisor will work alongside two fellow supervisors to ensure the effective front-line operation of daily swim classes. The position will mentor casual instructors to ensure a high level of service delivery.

The position will specialise in the planning and facilitation of instructor development workshops and training sessions and providing valuable recommendations to support program operations, including input into annual plans and development.

Please note, this position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.

Essential Criteria:

• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
• Demonstrated Learn to Swim teaching experience with technical knowledge of swim instruction
• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory position
• Knowledge of swim programs, level structure and skills sets
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
• NSW Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
