Friendly and approachable.
Assists in promoting the club on pool deck helping to attract new members.
Keep record of individual swimmers’ attendance, times, abilities and injuries.
Key selection criteria to include:
Demonstrated ability to coach swimmers of varying levels and ability.
Demonstrated experience of coaching swim squads.
Ability to coach swimmers at competition level.
