This person will need to be highly motivated and have great initiative. We are looking for coaches that have a strong love for working with young children. Coaches will need to possess the ability to help, support and nurture them through learning a variety of fundamental gymnastics patterns, movements, and skills. Coaches should also have a strong knowledge for the sport and great understanding of coaching methods, industry standards and educational trends. Applicants will need to possess fantastic time management and class management skills.
