Just Swimming Swim Schools are proudly owned and operated by Nunawading Swimming Club and we provide swimming lessons in 4 locations. Nunawading, Ringwood East, Glen Waverley and Burwood. At Just Swimming, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality learn to swim programs and place a strong emphasis on teaching correct stroke technique and water safety skills.
The Aquatic Operations Manager is responsible for the complete oversight of the Just Swimming Swim Schools and School's Programs. The Aquatic Operations Manager will play an integral role in managing the day-to-day aspects of the business, leading financial performance, re-building programs following the impact of COVID-19 whilst also working to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Aquatic Operations manager will be responsibile for the following:
General oversight of all swim schools
Leading and developing the Just Swimming Management Team
Working across all locations as required
Reporting on the overall performance of the Just Swimming programs
Strenghtening the customer experience
Occupational Health and Safety - Committee Member
Swim School Curriculum Program - development, review and implementation
Maintaining Facility Releationships
