Melbourne University Rugby Football Club (MURFC) aims to be the leading Rugby Football Club in Victoria and ot provide a pathway for male and female members to play at the highest level.
The Rugby Operations Manager is responsible for the administration and operations of the Club. The role encompasses the management and development of the Club in conjunction with the MURFC Committee and Melbourne University Sport (MU Sport).The role is directly accountable for the supervision and support of all MURFC coaches, team managers, staff and volunteers and members that may work for MURFC from time to time. The role is also accountable for budget performance in relation to program areas of responsibility, as well as projects and new initiatives that may be directed by the MURFC Committee or the Director of MU Sport from time to time.
The position reports to the MURFC President and works closely with the MURFC Committee and Melbourne University Sport (MU Sport). The position is co-funded by the Club and MU Sport.
