About the Role:

This position ensures that quality customer service is provided to the patrons of MARC, CAHC and ORC through the provision of a range of services and the sale of well-presented quality products. The Team Leader ensures that all staff are trained and able to effectively manage Point of Sale functions and provide exceptional customer service at all times. The Team Leader is also responsible for rostering and other general administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have:

• Well-developed leadership and administrative skills including cash management and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in the delivery of high quality customer service
• Demonstrable ability to perform to budget and manage merchandise retail outlets.
• Development of customer service staff through the delivery of ongoing training programs.

 Additional requirement (if applicable):

• Applicant must be able to work a mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Working With Children's Check
• First Aid/CPR
