We are seeking applications from passionate and innovative individuals who have the appropriate rowing coaching qualifications and experience to develop and coordinate all aspects of the Rowing Program.
The Rowing Sports Administrator has responsibility for the coordination of extra-curricular sport; in particular the coordination of the rowing program and other Sports as directed by the Head of Sport throughout the year.
The successful applicant will oversee the administration of the rowing program, including all equipment and facilities associated with Loreto Normanhurst Rowing. In addition to the recruitment, management and development of high-quality coaching staff, as well as communication with all stakeholders.

- appropriate rowing coaching qualifications and suitable experience
- highly developed communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, students and parents
- well-developed organisation and ICT skills
- the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and
- a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a team environment.
This is a permanent full time position. The role includes working on mornings, afternoons and some weekends, both onsite and at our on-water facilities.
