Castle Hill Gymnastics is seeking an Advanced MG Coach who may be looking to move into a Senior Coaching/Coordinator role. Due to growth in our program we currently have a vacancy for an advanced coach to work closely with our Coordinator to lead our MG program. The position would involve working with a highly motivated team coaching and programming for our MG Competitive squads. Castle Hill gymnastics currently has gymnasts ranging from Beginner stages through to State Representatives. This role requires the applicant to assist with talent ID, continuing through with the opportunity to develop potential talent into successful athletes. You ideally would be an enthusiastic, self motivated individual who works well in a team environment and enjoys mentoring others.

Although this is a MG focussed role, we are happy to offer the opportunity for the successful candidate to work across other programs including but not limited to Recreational Acro, Adults, Teens, Special Needs, Kindergym and Babygym. The position is casual with PPT offered for the right candidate.

This role would be a minimum of 14 hours per week negotiable up to 20hours within MG and an opportunity to increase these hours with the additional programs at candidates request. Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
