Description

The purpose of the GM Vixens & Performance role is to:

  • Drive on and off court performance of Netball Victoria’s elite team and underpinning programs (Victorian Fury and Vixens Academy) ensuring Victorian Netball dominance.
  • Ensure the Victorian Fury provides a strong pathway to the Melbourne Vixens
  • Lead program evolution through excellent communication including the ability to lead through others.
  • Develop and nurture a highly effective working relationship with Melbourne Vixens Head Coach.
  • Maintain communication flow between VIS, NA and other state bodies.

We are looking for someone who can manage the strategic direction and policy implementation of the Melbourne Vixens program with respect to recruiting (talent identification), player list management and contracting, budget preparation and management, information technology, coaching resources, facilities improvement, sports science initiatives and player education, training and leadership.
