What we are looking for:

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate people who are safety and customer focused to work at our Aquatic Centres. 

Group Fitness Instructors should have the below to apply:

  • For IN & OUT of water classes - Austswim Wets Aqua instructor accreditation or AQF Level 3 in Fitness including competencies in the aqua instructor elective modules
  • For OUT of water classes only - AQF Level 3 in Fitness
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Blue Card - Working with children

Swimming Teachers should have the below to apply:

  • Current swimming teacher qualification
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Blue Card - Working with children

Lifeguards should have the below to apply:

  • Current Pool Lifeguard qualification or the ability to obtain prior to staring
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Blue Card - Working with children
