  • Part-time (0.6 FTE), Contract to December 2025

Resulting from a successful Play Well Participation Grant submission, Squash Australia will embark on Phase 2 of the National Squash Participation Program, Squash Stars. The project will enhance squash engagement and physical activity through inclusive, high-quality programs. 

Targeting children aged 6-12, the program will facilitate the transition from Sporting Schools into squash. The objective is to promote squash as a fun, inclusive, and accessible sport, fostering lifelong participation in sports. 

This role requires a collaborative, data-driven individual who will coordinate administration and communication requirements that facilitate the project development. A close working relationship with affiliated bodies and other relevant stakeholders will be essential to the successful achievement of the program.


  • Manage relevant administration tasks related to projects and as directed in a timely manner. 
  • Effective coordination of procedures, systems and templates to support the delivery of the project. 
  • Collaborate and organise working groups to align and assist with project outcomes 
  • Manage tasks, projects and/or other activities as determined by the CEO and National Lead - Sport Development. 
  • As requested, produce timely, effective and accurate reports in relation to planning, delivery and review of the project. 
  • Manage records and track project milestones. 
  • When necessary, attend and assist at meetings and workshops. 


  • Familiarity and understanding of Play Well - Australia’s Sport Participation Strategy. 
  • A strong passion and interest in sport participation. 
  • Proven track record coordinating and implementing significant projects in a multiple stakeholder environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience of completing administrative, data analysis and reporting duties. 
  • Proven experience with Sporting Schools and national sport participation programs. 
  • Experience with junior participation coaching exclusive from individual/performance coaching programs. 
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Learning Management Systems 
  • Strong time management, presentation skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks. 
  • Preparedness to be flexible in respect to work hours.
