With continued industry growth, we are seeking an exceptional course and assessment coordinator, which involves coordinating logistics, managing communications and ensuring a seamless experience of participants both nationally and internationally and coordinating the assessment processes pre and post course attendance for the Level 1 ASCA Course.
Suitable applicants will need to be a skilled administrative operator, across all current workplace technologies and data systems. You will need to be organised and accurate and able to fit into a busy collaborative team environment.
This role would suit administration proficient event coordinators, those with PA and organisational skills or experienced administrators and those with experienced in education or RTO administration.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
Highly developed organsational and time management skills
Outstanding attention to details and the ability to prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment
Strong proficiency in managing and utilising databases and a high level of experience with Microsoft Office suite
Well-developed oral and written communication skills that support a high level of customer service and the demonstrated ability to maintain confidential data
