Applications are invited for a Pool Operations Supervisor to join our facilities team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the Pool Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in managing the aquatic and facility operations, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to work with both young people and adults. An understanding of the independent education sector and a commitment to supporting Shore’s Christian ethos are essential.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Facilities management (desirable)
  • Certificate II in Aquatics and Pool Operations
  • Experience working in an aquatic operations role
  • Facilities management experience in the sporting, fitness or leisure industry at a senior level
  • Experience with maintaining major facilities and/or buildings

** This position requires you to work Monday-Friday. Hours are rostered between 5am-6pm.
