About Us: North Brunswick Football Club competes in the VAFA, focusing on community, growth, and success. We’re seeking a passionate Assistant Coach for the 2025 season.

Position Overview: Support the Senior Coach by leading a specific player group and fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a player group during games and training.
• Assist with training sessions, game plans, and player development.
• Provide performance feedback and support.
• Participate in match committee meetings and video reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Level 1 AFL Coaching Accreditation (or working toward it).
• Strong communication skills.
