As an XLR8 Football Coach, you will work to deliver quality football sessions and engage children to foster their love for football, whilst helping them to learn and understand the game.
XLR8 coaches work on a casual/part time basis, working hours between 3pm - 9pm on weekdays. Weekend morning availability is desirable. Each coach is asked to provide a minimum of 6 - 10 hours a week of available time. Additional hours (up to 15 - 20 hours) are available for suitable candidates. We are especially looking for coaches to work in the Hornsby/Asquith/Mt Colah areas. These football programs require coaches who are experienced in delivering football programs to players of diverse ability levels. Competitive pay rates matched to experience/qualifications.
In addition, we offer Coach Mentoring roles as well as opportunities to be trained as a Coach Education Tutor (CET) to deliver coaching courses (experience necessary for this opportunity).
