About the Role:
The Club is seeking to appoint a passionate and driven Dietitian, to work within both the VFL and VFLW program. This is a voluntary opportunity to gain valuable experience within an elite football program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with implementing a best practice nutrition program for the Box Hill Hawks VFL + VFLW Programs and their players
- Provide individualised nutrition support to players to support their performance
- Game Day Presence to provide nutrition support pre-, during & post-match
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including Box Hill High Performance & Medical Teams, as well as AFL/AFLW Dietitian
- Coordinate post-match catering with support of Football Operations Team
The ideal candidate:
You are driven to learn and improve your skills, further capitalising on your previous knowledge and work experience.
You have the ability to build rapport and trust with players, high performance, medical staff and other key stakeholders.
You are an excellent communicator, and a collaborative member within a team, further assisting you to establish effective relationships across the Club.
This role does require game day presence at all games.
