About you
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in strength and conditioning, particularly in working with elite athletes. You will need to be a creative problem-solver with a proven ability to develop and deliver tailored innovative, multidiscipline solutions that address complex performance challenges.

We're looking for someone who can rapidly understand the unique physical demands of aerial skiing - such as explosive power, spatial awareness, and landing resilience - and translate those into effective, individualised preparation strategies. Adaptability, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset are key. With strong foundations in athletic development and a commitment to continuous learning, the right coach will thrive in our team and have a meaningful impact on athlete performance and progression.
Success in this role will rely heavily on your interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships, as well as influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise, Health, Sport Science, or a related field, specialising in Physical Development (an undergraduate degree is essential; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded).
- ASCA Professional Level 2 accreditation.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing strength and conditioning services to elite athletes.
In addition, you will need:
- Australian working rights.
- The ability to work on-site at the Sleeman Sports Complex, Chandler (ideally full time, but camps-based will be considered).
- A valid Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement).
- A valid driver’s licence.
- The flexibility to travel domestically and internationally to support athletes, programs and attend events.
