About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Membership and Ticketing Lead to join the Brisbane Bullets’ Consumer Team.
In this leadership role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our membership and ticketing programs - ensuring seamless service, strong member engagement, and high-performing ticketing outcomes.
You will coordinate with external providers, lead internal staff, and support game day operations while delivering key sales and service targets across both ticketing and memberships.
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane with flexible hours required during events and game days.
Key Responsibilities:
Memberships
- Deliver a high-quality membership program that meets satisfaction and budget goals
- Build and test membership packages with third-party providers
- Draft and coordinate member communications with the marketing team
- Manage fulfilment processes and plan annual member events
- Lead the Customer Engagement Officer, ensuring clarity and support in delivery
Ticketing
- Coordinate ticketing builds and sales strategies with venues and ticketing partners
- Manage daily ticketing operations, including special offers, holds, and allocations
- Oversee sponsor, staff, player, and community ticketing requirements
- Align with marketing partners to implement campaign schedules
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet objectives
- Maintain sales reporting across memberships and game day ticketing
- Present regular updates and insights to the Executive Team
Game Day Operations
- Lead box office operations and resolve escalated customer issues
- Support set up and pack down of home games
- Provide real-time reporting and updates during match days
About You:
- At least 2 years' experience in ticketing or membership management at a coordinator or team lead level
- High-level administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong data handling and reporting skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
- Availability to work across game days, evenings, and weekends
Desirable:
- Experience in a professional sports or events environment
- Skills in data analytics or CRM platforms
