ALTA Personal Training Studio
We are a boutique Personal Training studio with a strong reputation built over the past 9 years, now under new ownership and led by an Exercise Scientist. We are seeking a qualified and motivated Personal Trainer, Exercise Scientist, or Strength & Conditioning Coach with a diverse background and a strong interest in resistance training.
At ALTA, we work with a broad client base, ranging from adolescents to seniors, with a primary focus on clients over the age of 50. Our approach emphasizes exercise as preventive care, particularly for chronic conditions and injury management, using resistance training, mobility, and bodyweight exercises to promote strength, function, and quality of life.
Key Details:
- Hours: Sessions run from 6 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Thursday (some flexibility required)
- Environment: Friendly, supportive, and team-oriented
