The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing initiatives and help drive fan engagement across the League. This role will focus on building fan engagement, growing online audiences, and helping drive viewership, attendance, and overall brand exposure.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Lead you will execute campaigns across multiple NBL brands including NBL1, 3x3 Hustle, Dreamcourts, and Hoop City, while collaborating with various departments to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and digital activations.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and programmatic channels
  • Support content marketing execution across NBL digital channels and monitor campaign performance within set budgets
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and innovations to ensure best practice standards to support digital campaigns across all NBL brands

Customer Engagement & Analytics

  • Assist with campaign analysis using the NBL Customer Engagement Platform (Braze) and track performance metrics
  • Support audience segmentation strategies and help execute eDM and SMS communications
  • Coordinate internal documentation and reporting of campaign activities across NBL brands

Fan Growth & Digital Activations

  • Assist in executing fan acquisition strategies and engagement campaigns to grow online audiences
  • Help manage digital activations using NBL's digital engagement platform (Tradable Bits)
  • Support initiatives that drive viewership, attendance, and overall brand exposure

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide support for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Work with commercial partners, creative agencies, and tech platforms to assist with campaign delivery
  • Collaborate with clubs to share digital marketing best practices and support campaign objectives

About You

  • 1-2 years experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Basic experience with campaign management and analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative thinking abilities
  • Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of CMS, email marketing tools, or engagement platforms (Braze, Tradable Bits experience preferred)
  • Team player with positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proactive approach
  • Basic HTML skills advantageous but not essential
  • Passion for sports and entertainment industry preferred
