Touch Football Australia (TFA) is the national governing body for Touch Football, one of the country’s most popular and accessible participation sports. Through a strategic alliance with the NRL, we proudly deliver NRL Touch Football to over 700,000 participants across Australia.

The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, organised and passionate Commercial Coordinator to support key operations across Marketing, Events and Partnerships.
This is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience across the full scope of commercial activity in a national sporting organisation. You’ll work closely with an experienced team, supporting national campaigns, helping deliver unforgettable events, and making sure our partnerships shine.

Key Responsibilities
General & Team Support
- Coordinate team admin including meetings, minutes, invoicing and internal documentation
- Assist with reports, proposals, project planning and presentations
Marketing & Digital
- Help manage and publish content across social media, website, and email platforms
- Support campaign execution and brand-aligned marketing assets
- Track digital performance and assist with analytics and content creation
Events
- Contribute to logistics, communications and planning for national and partner events
- Assist with event documentation, kit management, registration, and MySideline support
- Travel to key events and help deliver memorable on-ground experiences
Partnerships
- Track and help deliver partnership obligations across digital and in-person channels
- Support post-campaign reporting and digital asset delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional partner servicing
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for sport and ambition to grow within the sporting industry
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Team-first attitude and willingness to contribute across multiple functions
- Comfortable with admin tasks and digital platforms (Canva, Mailchimp, CMS a bonus!)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events
- Driver’s licence and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Marketing, Events or Communications
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar coordinator or support role
- Content creation or graphic design skills
- Familiarity with Touch Football or similar participation-based sports
