The Waverley Blues Football Netball Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Women's Coach to lead our Division 2 EFNL team in 2026.

The role

You will:

• Develop our currentl playing list, with a strong focus on skill refinement and game strategy.
• Work collaborately with junior coaches to support our pathway program
• Continue building a strong, sustainable girls and women's program across the club
• Lead with passion, inclusiveness and a drive for success. 

What we are looking for

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of all abilities
• Proven coaching epxerince (playing experience highly regarded)
• Committment to fostering a positive and supportive environment
