THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to fans? The Swans Membership Team is committed to providing outstanding service and delivering amazing experiences to our membership family, both on and off the field.

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in a casual capacity. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of member engagement, sparking meaningful conversations with new and existing members via phone, email, and live chat.

You’ll also play a key part in our match day operations, helping bring the energy and excitement of game day to life through fan engagement activities and on-ground support.

Given the casual employment status of this role, it would suit candidates who are seeking flexibility in their working hours.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable
  • Previous retail experience desirable (Melbourne)
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and live chat
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and sales
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
