Macedon Ranges Volleyball Association (MRVA)
Macedon Ranges Volleyball Association is proud to announce our entry into the 2026 Volleyball Victoria State League. This marks a historic milestone for our club – we are only the second regional association to enter the competition – and we are now seeking passionate and committed Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to lead our teams in their debut season.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic coaches who can help shape and develop our State League squads. Coaches will be responsible for:
- Leading weekly training sessions and match-day coaching.
- Working alongside MRVA’s player development pathways, which include a thriving junior program and senior social competitions.
- Supporting the growth of volleyball in the Macedon Ranges by mentoring and inspiring players of all levels.
- Collaborating with the club committee and other coaches to ensure a strong culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For
- Accredited volleyball coaches (Volleyball Australia Level 1 minimum, Level 2 desirable).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for developing players and fostering a positive team culture.
- Experience coaching at a representative, club, or school level is highly regarded, but emerging coaches are also encouraged to apply.
