Efficient Effort is offering a Strength & Conditioning Internship supporting the Dolls Point FC Premier League squad throughout their pre-season. The internship runs from 18th November 2025 until early 2026, providing real-world experience working within a football environment alongside experienced coaches and athletes.
Passion for strength & conditioning and athlete development
Enjoys working collaboratively within a team
Knowledge or experience in football (soccer)
ASCA Level accreditation
Exercise & Sport Science or Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
Ability to reliably travel
This is a unique opportunity to gain practical field experience in a high-performance setting and contribute to the physical preparation of a competitive football squad.
