Melbourne Rovers Soccer Club, Melbourne's LGBTQIA+ soccer club since 2008, are hunting for a volunteer Coach to lead our senior squad through the 2026 Metro league season.
The team is yours to shape from the ground up, backed by a committed and resourceful leadership team. You’ll deliver one training session a week and manage games on Sundays, with the option to join in on futsal, socials, and community events.
We do things differently. You will be joining a team that is actively engaging with the wider football world, fostering meaningful connections with organizations like Melbourne Victory, Football Victoria, and community non-profits.
This is a chance to coach in an environment that champions diversity and is building a genuine presence in the Victorian sporting landscape. If you want to lead an inclusive squad and be part of a club that stands for something more, we want to hear from you.
