We are currently looking for an assistant to the Football Manager to work in the Training and Game Day Logistics Support coordination role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering pre and post training and game day logistic support around facilities, equipment and transport.
The role includes a regular remuneration which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
This includes:
Opening Facility, Training Room and Medical Room
Preparing training equipment
Fill water bottles, inflate footballs etc.
Set up training and match-day
Equipment onto oval
Set up Timekeeper/Scoreboard
Set up interchange are
Directing new players and player enquiries to Football Manager
Transport equipment to and from alternate training venues and match venues
Warm-up equipment
Medical equipment
Spare Game Day equipment
Packing training equipment
Advising Football Manager of need for additional equipment
Securing Facility
Essential requirements:
Excellent verbal communications and listening skills
Willingness to commit to high work ethic during training and match-day timeframes
Strong organisational skills and absolute attention to detail
Ability to build and engage with relevant football club stakeholders
Team player who is willing to work across a number of departments
Driver’s license
