About the Club 

Woollahra Sailing Club is based in Rose Bay and offers dinghy sailing, windsurfing, and popular kids’ holiday programs for ages 7–15. 

Who We’re Looking For 

• Experience and knowledge of sailing highly desirable (ideally small boats/dinghies)
• Tertiary qualifications in event management or in similar disciplines
• Relevant experience in operations, logistics or project management in the sport/event management industry
• Demonstrated ability in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that tasks are completed on time
• Demonstrated ability to develop, review and implement effective planning tools/systems and the ability to review and implement appropriate policies and procedures
• Experience in working with a member-based environment is desirable
• Demonstrated experience across a mix software platform essential
• Must have full working rights in Australia
