The ideal candidates will coach both niche and mainstream sports, such as Flag Football and traditional Australian sports, to a diverse group of participants, including children and teenagers with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sports Coaching: Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across various sports.
• Session Planning: Develop and implement structured session plans tailored to different skill levels and abilities.
• Facilitating and Training: Lead sessions and train other coaches to maintain high coaching standards.
• Mentoring Coaches: Provide guidance and support to less experienced coaches.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and organisation of sports equipment.
• Recruitment: Assist in recruiting new coaches.
• Quality Control: Ensure all programs meet the quality standards set by Bring It On Sports.

Requirements:

• Passion for Sports: A deep love for sports and working with children and teenagers.
• Experience: Proven experience in coaching multiple sports.
• Working with Children Check: Valid clearance to work with children.
• Availability: Must be available to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
• Inclusive Approach: Willingness to teach sports to people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
• Desirable Qualifications: Certifications in coaching or PDHPE and First Aid
