We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coaches to support our Athletic Development programme on a casual basis. You will help deliver high-quality physical development sessions that build movement confidence, fundamental strength, and athletic literacy in boys of all ages. The role is ideal for early-stage/developing Strength & Conditioning Coaches who value education, youth development and working in a supportive, team-focused environment.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A degree in Exercise / Sports Science (or equivalent) and ASCA Level 1
  • Current First Aid & CPR and a valid Working With Children Check
  • Experience coaching adolescents, with a strong understanding of strength, movement and youth development
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in coaching or athletic development
