ISA Director (Appointed) – Communications, Media and Marketing.
2. Objective
Manage strategic communications, media engagement and marketing initiatives that promote figure skating, enhance our national profile, and support athletes, members and partners.
3. Responsibilities
Attend monthly Board meetings
Developing and delivering ISA’s communications and marketing strategy
Leading digital communications across website, social media and content platforms
Managing media relations including press releases, athlete stories and event coverage
Establishing relationships with sports media, broadcasters and digital outlets
Supporting marketing campaigns for participation, events and pathways
Ensuring alignment with Australian Sports Commission and Sport Integrity requirements
4. Required Skills
Demonstrated experience in communications, media or marketing
Graphic design, video or digital content creation capability
Experience of managing digital platforms and social media channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Prior experience working within a sport or not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded.
