Our in house content studio is growing and we are looking for a Mid-Senior Videographer who thrives in fast paced environments, loves collaboration and brings strong creative instincts to every project.

About the Role

You will be a key member of TSE’s content team, capturing and producing high quality video across our portfolio of sport, entertainment and brand clients. You will collaborate closely with producers, creatives and account teams to bring bold ideas and powerful storytelling to life across shoots, campaigns, athlete content, events and social channels.

This is a hands on creative role where you will lead shoots independently, shape storytelling approaches and craft polished, engaging edits that elevate the work. You will work confidently with client briefs, understanding what success looks like and helping translate strategy into compelling content that clients love. From high end productions through to fast, social first captures, you will help drive a dynamic content studio that prides itself on creativity, pace and impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Planning, shooting and editing video content across TV, social, digital and partner platforms
• Working with athletes, coaches, talent and brand partners to capture authentic and engaging moments
• Collaborating with producers, creative leads and designers to concept and deliver cohesive content
• Interpreting client briefs and contributing ideas that bring their objectives to life
• Producing everything from hype edits and short form social pieces to longer form branded storytelling
• Covering events and game days with the ability to deliver quick turnarounds
• Managing your equipment and supporting broader content workflows across the team
• Contributing new ideas, formats and creative approaches that lift the work

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sport, creative storytelling and producing standout work. You will succeed in this role if you have:

• A strong showreel or portfolio that demonstrates your shooting and editing capability
• Experience producing content in sport, agency or content led environments
• Good technical skills across camera gear and editing software
• The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with teammates and clients
• Flexibility to support shoots, events or travel when required
• A proactive, no ego attitude and willingness to contribute across the team
