HEAD OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, Full-Time Continuing
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role of the Head of Strength & Conditioning is to assist the College by developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for students within the College’s co-curricular sporting programs. The role holder will also liaise with the College Head of Sport, Performance Coordinator and the individual Coordinators of Sport to review current practices to then develop and implement best practice in the areas of strength and conditioning to promote long term athlete development. The Head of Strength & Conditioning will also manage the College gymnasium equipment logistics on a daily basis.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in high performance sporting environments
- Broad background across multiple sporting disciplines
- Strong skills using sports sports technology systems including GPS and VALD
- Confident working with performance analysis platforms such as VEO and Hudl.
- Holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science or Equivalent, ACSA Level 2 Professional or above.

Working with Children
Applicants must possess (or be eligible to obtain) and maintain a current Working with Children Check - Blue Card Queensland or be registered with and maintain registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
