Since 1979, the Brisbane Bullets have been part of the fabric of this city. The Role
You'll own the corporate hospitality function end to end - from driving sales and growing revenue to delivering game day experiences that our partners and guests genuinely remember.
This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role. You'll be across the detail of delivery and in the room building the relationships that drive growth.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Planning, managing and delivering all corporate hospitality products across game day sales and memberships
- Proactively driving outbound sales and developing new corporate leads
- Managing membership sales and renewals for courtside and hospitality clients
- Working with the Marketing team to develop and distribute collateral that drives sales
- Conceptualising and delivering game day experiences that elevate the Bullets brand
- Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate guests on event days
- Liaising with venues and internal teams to ensure seamless execution - catering, set up, staging, staffing, run sheets
- Managing tours and special events from concept through to delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, VIP guests and key stakeholders
- Managing the hospitality budget and reporting to senior management on progress
- Benchmarking across other clubs and codes to keep our offering competitive
Game days are a big part of this role - you'll need to be available for home games as part of your regular schedule.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who brings genuine energy to a room and follows through on every commitment they make.
You're the right fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in a corporate hospitality or similar role with a proven track record in sales growth
- Are comfortable with outbound sales and thrive on high-volume activity
- Have strong project management skills - you can run multiple events simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Build relationships easily and maintain them with care
- Can manage a budget, track sales and create meaningful reports for senior stakeholders
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Are energised by sport, events and the kind of atmosphere that only live sport creates
