Description

The Outer East Football Netball Media and Communications Coordinator will be directly responsible to produce the competitions on-line activities and any printed material, such as the annual report. The continued growth of the league’s digital media activities is a priority. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to produce high quality, digital, radio and video programs and content, and have input into the competitions functions from a content perspective.

The role will also support the competitions’ sponsors and partners in promotions across Outer East Football Netball.

Essential Requirements

  • Sports Marketing / PR / Communications Degree
  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • Ability and willingness to work outside of normal business hours
  • Current knowledge of website and social media account management
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of community football and netball structure
  • Video editing and production skills
  • Presentation, MC and commentary skills
