As a volunteer Event Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for matches at Albert Park. You’ll ensure the fields are safe and ready, matches run on time, and all players are signed on and accounted for. This is a hands-on role with a chance to be part of the action each week. You will be required on Tuesday Evenings from 6:00pm - 8:00pm from May 12 - August 11, 2026 . You will also be reimbursed $50 per night.
Key Responsibilities
Set up the fields and ensure playing conditions are safe
Liaise with teams and participants on game day
Ensure matches keep to schedule and manage timing
Check teamsheets and ensure players sign on
Keep score for matches so results can be processed
Support semi-finals and grand finals

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Is organised and reliable
Has an interest in community sport
Can commit to Tuesday evenings during the competition period
No previous experience is required - full support and guidance will be provided.
