Baseball Victoria have an extremely rare opportunity to join the organisation in the role of Performance Pathways Lead Coach.

This role will be responsible for developing the skills and capacities of players and coaches across Victoria. Reporting to the Head of Baseball Performance, the Performance Pathways Lead Coach will oversee all state teams (male and female) and associated performance programs in the state.

We are seeking a positive individual with excellent communication skills who aligns with Baseball Victoria's strategic direction and vision to see Baseball at its best.
